
QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY STATEMENT
Raleigh Fitkin Memorial Hospital is situated in the densely populated Manzini region, and it
provides health care services to a population of approximately 350,000 people. Senior
Management of Eswatini Nazarene Health Institutions (ENHI) has made a commitment to
establish, implement and maintain a Quality Management System based on ISO 9001: 2015
standard including compliance to all applicable legal and other requirements. These forms
the bases of providing quality health care services to all people in a safe, affordable,
equitable, and accessible manner in line with the National Policies, the Mission of the Church
of the Nazarene in Eswatini and within a Christian valued environment.
The Organization commits to the following:
a) Establish, Implement and Maintain a Quality Management system based on ISO
9001: 2015 standard covering all our operations.
b) Establish Quality objectives and targets and continually reviewing them for suitability,
relevancy and adequacy to ensure that they are in line with our Quality Policy.
c) Identify and satisfy our customers, stakeholders, regulatory, National Quality
Management regulations and other applicable requirements.
d) Continually improve our Quality Management System to remain effective across our
operations.
This Quality Policy shall;
e) Remain available and maintained as documented information.
f) Be communicated, understood and applied within the organization.
g) Be available to relevant interested parties, as appropriate.
