It is my honour to warmly welcome you to Eswatini Nazarene Health Institutions (ENHI), one of the Kingdom of Eswatini’s leading healthcare providers and a trusted strategic partner in national health delivery. Since its establishment in 1926, ENHI has grown into one of the country’s largest faith-based, not-for-profit healthcare institutions, currently contributing approximately 40% of healthcare services nationwide.
Guided by our vision to offering innovative high standard health care solutions that meet the needs of our customers, ENHI remains committed to delivering quality, patient-centred services grounded in Christian values. Our strategic focus is anchored on strengthening health systems, expanding equitable access to care, improving service quality, investing in innovation and infrastructure, and advancing sustainable healthcare delivery for the communities we serve.
Our values of integrity, compassion, customer centricity, innovation, and professionalism continue to define our culture and operations. Through the Raleigh Fitkin Memorial (RFM) Hospital; a 350-bed regional referral and teaching hospital, and our network of 20 community health clinics across all four regions of Eswatini, ENHI collectively serves over 500,000 people annually. RFM Hospital remains a critical pillar of the national health system, providing comprehensive services including emergency and trauma care, surgery, maternity, paediatrics, intensive care, diagnostics, HIV/AIDS care, and specialised outpatient and inpatient services.
