Main Purpose of the Job:
To support strategic decision-making through budgeting, costing, financial analysis, forecasting and management reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
| · Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes.
· Prepare monthly management accounts and financial performance reports. · Develop and maintain costing models and pricing structures. · Conduct cost and variance analyses and recommend cost-saving initiatives. · Prepare financial forecasts, business cases and feasibility studies. · Support financial systems improvements and ensure compliance with policies and internal controls. · Perform other duties assigned by the CFO |
Qualifications, Competencies, Knowledge and Experience required:
| · Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting or related field.
· Registered member of the Eswatini Institute of Accountants (EIA). · At least 5 years’ relevant accounting experience, including 3 years in management accounting, budgeting, costing or financial analysis. · Strong analytical, financial modelling and problem-solving skills. · Advanced Microsoft Excel and ERP financial systems experience. · ACCA or CIMA qualification and healthcare/public sector experience will be an added advantage |
